Connecting with Your Loved One in Our Care

Your support is critical to the recovery and well-being of your loved one in treatment at Rock Springs. Our patients are cared for by a multi-disciplinary team of therapists, nurses, patient care assistants, and our medical staff.  With the approval of your loved one and the Care Team, we welcome you to participate in our family-oriented treatment plan.

Please read the following requirements PRIOR to visiting:

Visitation

  • Visitors must be 18+ years of age.
  • Please arrive at least 30 minutes early for visitation to allow time for check-in.
  • When checking in with reception, visitors will be required to provide information.
  • Each visitor must fill out a COVID Health and Travel screening, and a temperature will be taken. A person with elevated temperature or COVID symptoms will not be admitted for visitation.
  • Only one guest, over 18, may be admitted per length of stay. There is no switching of guests each visit – only one designated visitor per patient stay.
  • Visitors must have the patient ID for all visitation and phone calls.
  • All patient belonging drop offs will be saved till after visitation is over.
  • Visitors will be given a key and a sticker and must lock up all belongings (phones, wallets, keys, smart watches, etc.) The locker key will remain at the reception desk during visitation.
  • Line up for visitation will begin five minutes prior to scheduled time, and all visitors will be wanded.
  • Entry will be denied to those arriving 30 minutes past visitation start time.

Visitation times are listed on the schedule below. If you wish to contact a patient by phone, please call the patient telephone number shown below. If the call is not answered, please leave a voicemail message that will be delivered to the patient as soon as possible. Please leave your full name, along with the patient code when leaving a message.
